Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly close to signing Federico Chiesa as Juventus increase their efforts to offload the forward.

Last season, Chiesa scored 10 goals and provided three assists in 37 appearances for Juventus. The Italian giants won the Coppa Italia and secured a spot in the Champions League by finishing third in Serie A. The versatile attacker, capable of playing as a second striker or winger on either flank, has been with Juve since October 2020 but is approaching the end of his tenure in Turin.

Chiesa’s contract is set to expire in June 2025, making him a prime transfer target for several clubs across Europe.

Multiple Premier League clubs have shown interest in the Italian star, including Manchester United, Liverpool, and Newcastle United. However, Tottenham have recently surpassed their English rivals and now lead the race to secure Chiesa’s services.
