Prolific London will be doing a deep dive into highly rated Technology company HiBob. The company took its first breaths of life when four friends came together in 2015 with the sole mission of creating a revolutionary technology package that would help transform the workplace and make things more streamlined and efficient.

The four people in question are Ronni Zehavi, Israel David, Andy Bellass and Amit Kanaani. They all had the same core idea that the customer and employee experience needed to evolve significantly in the Human Resources sector and they built their ideas around this philosophy.

What Does HiBob’s Technology Do?

HiBob has a wide range of tech tools at its disposal. What they do is run HR Management Systems (HRMS) or HR Information Systems (HRIS). The tools their tech offers range from, recruitment and onboarding to core HR administration, employee engagement, and performance management.

Tasks that previously required extensive time and effort can now be accomplished with just a few clicks when using HiBob’s systems. The system allows for the automation of paperwork and documents and also provides a workflow management interface. This means documents and signatures can be requested from employees effortlessly, eliminating the need for in-person reminders.

Managing employee benefits packages, and also monitoring the HR system are other features that are on offer as well as the sharing of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that HR professionals can effectively contribute to strategic decision-making quickly and efficiently using one piece of tech.

HiBob’s History

In 2016 Hibob took a major step forward by opening the company’s first office in London. This would go on to be the first of many, but this first office was pivotal for the businesses as they now had a headquarters where they could serve the many workplaces across the United Kingdom and also Europe.

In 2018 the company made another astronomical mark on the landscape of the Technology sector. The company has seen rapid growth since opening its London headquarters made the move to New York City and opened another HQ in the Big Apple. This of course allowed HiBob to become a force in the U.S.A. market and gain more international recognition. This would naturally lead to more investment in the company from outside parties, and allow the business to plan for further growth and expansion.

At the time of writing, they currently have seven headquarters in total worldwide, with Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Berlin, Lisbon and Sydney all now having a base for the company.

HiBob’s Current Market Position

in 2023 HiBob managed to raise a further $150 million from venture capitalists to invest back into the business. The company had managed to find more acclaim the previous year as Hibob was named as one of Time magazine’s best inventions of the year.

On May 15th 2024, HiBob welcomed Nadav Goshen as the new Chief Business Officer (CBO). Based in New York, Goshen is a huge coupe for the company as his expertise in growth management and his insights are sure to help propel the company further in the future.
